In January, we launched the Mader Clean Team in WA, followed by our Drill Support Division in February. We expanded into South America and the Philippines for the first time, delivering technical services and mentorship abroad.

We started 2018 by surpassing 1,000 employees, then launched our Rapid Response team in the Pilbara. Mid-year, we expanded into the U.S. with our first office in Colorado and moved into a new Head Office at Perth Airport to support continued growth.

Mader Launches Ancillary Services & Enters Queensland

Recognising the flexibility of our tap-on, tap-off model, we launched our Ancillary division, offering Auto and High Voltage Electricians, Boilermakers, Light Vehicle Mechanics, and Heavy Road Transport Mechanics. We also expanded into Queensland. In February, we hit another milestone, growing to over 250 employees across the business.

Mader International is officially launched after successful expansion to the major mining regions of Africa and Southeast Asia.

Now with 20 employees on board, Mader’s famous field services are launched in Western Australia! This year also marked our first step onto the international stage, with Mader taking on work in Zambia, our first project outside of Australia.
