Consolidating our position as a diversified technical services provider in multiple industries, Mader has come a long way from our humble beginnings! In 2024, Three Gears took the adventure world by storm and expanded to deliver trips in Australia, New Zealand, United States and Canada.
Mader Surpasses 3,000 Employees & Expands Across Multiple Industries
With the global team surpassing 3,000+ employees, Mader evolved further into rail, infrastructure maintenance, transport and logistics, energy, power generation, and marine, driving diversification across multiple industries.
New Perth Workshop & Launch of Three Gears Adventure Division
In 2022, Mader opened the brand new state-of-the-art Mader Maintenance Centre in High Wycombe for offsite rebuilds and repairs. We also launched Three Gears, our internal adventure division for epic experiences.
New Leadership & Global Growth: Mader Expands into Canada & Energy Sector
In 2021, Justin Nuich became CEO, driving expansion into Canada and Mader Energy. We also launched the Global Pathways Program, offering technicians global work and travel opportunities.
Mader Expands in the U.S. & Strengthens Australian Operations
With 15 years under our belt, Mader expanded in the U.S. with new offices in Nevada. Back home, we relocated our Queensland office from Mackay to Brisbane, setting the stage for even greater success.
Mader Goes Global & Listed on the ASX
With our global footprint growing, Mader enters South Australia and Philippines for the first time, offering technical services and mentorship. Another milestone was reached this year – with our listing on the Australia Securities Exchange (ASX) a defining moment in our short, but impressive history!
Mader’s Milestone Year: Global Expansion, Rapid Growth & Community Impact
2018 was a milestone year for Mader! We surpassed 1,000 employees, expanded into the U.S. with our first office in Colorado, and launched our Rapid Response team in the Pilbara. To support growth, we moved to our Perth Airport Head Office and completed a major school project in Zambia.
Mader Hits 500+ Employees & Expands Nationwide with New Divisions
Rapid growth sees Mader reach 500+ employees! With a large team behind us, we formerly established our Shutdowns and Fixed Plant Divisions, as well as started working in South Australia, New South Wales and the Northern Territory.
Mader Launches Ancillary Services & Enters Queensland
Recognising the flexibility of our tap-on, tap-off model, we launched our Ancillary division, offering Auto and High Voltage Electricians, Boilermakers, Light Vehicle Mechanics, and Heavy Road Transport Mechanics. We also expanded into Queensland!
Mader International Takes Off
Mader International is officially launched after successful expansion to the major mining regions of Africa and Southeast Asia.
Mader Launches Field Services in WA
Now with 20 employees on board, Mader’s famous field services are launched in Western Australia!
