Machine rebuilds
Mader provides a comprehensive component rebuild service including detailed strip down, crack testing, failure analysis and refit kits. All component rebuilds come with the assurance of Dyno and Bench test certificates and are covered by our industry leading warranty.

Blast and paint
Need to present well for a new contract or customer? We can take your heavy equipment from looking tired and worn out to brand new.
Our blast and paint facilities perfectly complement our turnkey services. For best durability and finish, we’ll strip coatings and corrosion through abrasive blasting before applying a top quality protective coating using single coat primers, high build epoxy resins and multi-coat conventional and airless spray systems.
Can’t come to us? Our blast and paint equipment is fully mobile – we offer our services on-site or at the client premises.
Boilermaker services
Our High Wycombe workshop and mine specialised Boilermaker truck are both fitted with the latest fabrication and manufacturing equipment. Offering light to heavy fabrication and welding services, Mader is able to rigorously design, draft and certify jobs as required for mobile and fixed plant equipment.
Line boring
Able to repair equipment with unparalleled precision, our Line Boring specialists can help you reduce downtime and optimise production levels for both fixed and mobile plant.
