This year marked a major milestone for Mader Group, we celebrated 20 years strong.
What started as a small, determined team has grown into a global workforce of more than 3,900 people, operating across continents and industries, united by the same values that started it all.
Our twentieth year was one of reflection, momentum and bold moves forward.
We celebrated two decades in business, expanded our global footprint, re-entered Africa, mobilised 389 expats worldwide, and continued growing across new provinces in Canada. Along the way, we were stoked to be awarded WA Business of the Year and Employer of the Year at the WA Business Awards, a testament to the people who make Mader what it is.
We also announced our role as Naming Rights Sponsor of Mader Port to Pub with Hotel Rottnest, reinforcing our commitment to community, connection and backing events that bring people together.
Twenty years on, the numbers matter, but it’s the people behind them that define us. The grit, the mateship, and the willingness to back each other anywhere in the world.
