Mader Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Nuich as CEO, effective 28 January 2021.
Justin is very familiar with the Mader business, having sat on our Board as a Non-Executive Director since the beginning of 2019.
Having commenced his career as a Fitter on a Goldfields mine site in Western Australia, Justin boasts an impressive background and a successful track record in maintenance management.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the mining and oil and gas industries globally, he has held senior roles in Australia with Fortescue Metals Group, Mineral Resources Limited, BHP and Salt Lake Potash, and in the North American oil and gas industry with AMCi Wireless.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr Nuich said he is both humbled and excited to join the team at Mader Group.

In his new position Justin intends to help drive the business forward and improve on our leading market position with a strong focus on safety, building opportunities for our people and delivering outstanding service to our valued customers.
Current CEO, Patrick Conway will transition into an exciting newly created role, appointed the Director Emerging Businesses.
Patrick will place a targeted focus on strategic growth and development of the Mader business; an area in which we envision will drive us to deliver on our significant potential and give our people access to more opportunities than ever before.
