Mader Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Phillip Saunders (Phil) to General Manager for New South Wales and Southern Queensland.
Phil is set to head our East Coast operations alongside Daniel Breeze, General Manager for Northern and Central Queensland, both of whom will be based in our new Brisbane office from early 2021.
Formally our Eastern Operations Manager, Phil forms the newest addition to a strong line of General Managers. His 7 years’ experience at Mader has added to the business’s success.
Phil boasts a diverse range of experience with a proven ability to grow and build strong teams including his most recent milestone being the launch and expansion of our NSW division.
“Mader has given me the opportunity to work alongside great people and have the freedom within my accountabilities to allow and share in the successes of great teams,” said Mr Saunders.
In his new position Phil is looking forward to fostering an environment which allows individuals to not only be themselves, but be real game changers and the future developers of the Group.
