Starting in October 2014, as a dual-trade Auto Electrician and HD Mechanic, Ralf Fleischli quickly established himself as a dedicated and reputable tradesman across different sites in the Pilbara. Nowadays, you will find him in the Mader Head Office, working as one of our Coordinators. Coordinating over 50 Auto and High Voltage Electricians can sometimes prove difficult amidst high client demand for these roles, but Ralf is confident knowing he is consistently supported at Mader.
Ralf commends Mader on their ability to provide a fantastic work environment, “I have been able to move around through numerous mine sites in the Pilbara. Originally from Switzerland, Ralf was fortunate enough to have Mader invest in him from the beginning, with Mader sponsoring the completion of his Recognition of Prior Learning.
