Our Mates of Mader competition was gallantly fought between all competitors, with 9 employees successfully referring 2 candidates each over the qualifying period and 2 employees referring 3 candidates! In the end, Goldfields HD Mechanic, Jarrod Webb, took out the win, with his third referral commencing work just before the closure of the qualifying period. A tremendous effort!
Jarrod will be joining our 2018 ‘Outstanding Employee of the Year’ award winners on the trip of a lifetime. This year’s trip will be a thrilling ride, with the group taking on the heights of the Andes and into the depths of the Amazon. This unforgettable adventure will leave the road behind and take our employees off the beaten track. Our lucky trip-goers will explore the Amazon River basin on motorized canoes and travel great heights up the Andes; into small, isolated villages where they will be able to take in the scenery and reflect on the different pace of life.
With the abundance of incredible opportunities presented on this trip, exploring the heart and soul of South America from an insider’s view, it will be an eye-opening and memorable journey for all.
