Mates of Mader just got an upgrade. Over the next few months, Mader Group will be running an exciting competition for Mader employees only, with the winner set to join the upcoming Employee of the Year trip in Central/South America!
The winning spot will go to the employee who refers the HIGHEST NUMBER of successful candidates between now and April 2019*. This is a great chance to not only earn $3,000 for every successful referral, but for one lucky employee to head on a once in a lifetime trip with an incredible crew.
In 2018, the Mates of Mader Reward Program paid out over $490,400 for successful employee referrals, with one employee referring SIX candidates over the year ($18,000 payout).
Start letting people know what you love about the company and why they should join our team. Remember you’ll be working alongside these people so make sure you keep up the MOM standard and only refer top quality candidates.

- Qualifying period: Monday 24 December 2018 – Wednesday, 24 April 2019.
- The winner will be the employee who refers the highest number of successful candidates who have commenced work during the qualifying period.
