Mader aim to inspire and empower the next generation of tradespeople in the mining, energy and industrial sectors. Through a diverse range of programs, expos and events we provide a platform for youth to explore the career opportunities available to them. We believe in investing in the future by shaping tomorrow’s leaders to discover their full potential.

The Next Generation of Leaders

  • ‘Intro to Mining’ Student Sessions

    Hosted at the Mader Maintenance Centre in Perth, our ‘Intro to Mining’ sessions invite local high school students to explore mining industry opportunities. Led by Mader experts and industry-relevant guest speakers, the students are offered a workshop tour, hands-on experience, and career insights, as well as a range of team building activities to foster comradery. Each student receives a completion certificate, leaving with newfound confidence to pursue apprenticeships or jobs in the mining sector – an enriching experience with practical exposure and expert guidance.

  • Tom Price Senior High School

    With a strong and longstanding presence in Tom Price, within the Pilbara region of Western Australia, Mader has established and nurtured a relationship with Tom Price Senior High School. We have been involved in their career expos for several years, donating prizes to their Valedictory Ceremony.
