Specialists in Fixed Plant and Coal Handling Processing Plant Maintenance
Cementing its status as a formidable service offering from Mader Group, the Infrastructure Maintenance team, demonstrates their dedication to providing top-quality services.
The Infrastructure Maintenance team has rapidly expanded its footprint, now operating across Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland, and the Northern Territory. This growth marks a significant milestone, solidifying our position as a leading provider of rostered maintenance and shutdown assistance across Fixed Plants and Coal Handling Processing Plants (CHPP) across Australia.
One of Mader Infrastructure’s most recent shutdown projects in Western Australia stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence, safety, and operational efficiency.
Undertaken with a workforce of 84 skilled personnel, the project encompassed 23 work fronts spread across both dry and wet plants. Directed by one Superintendent, eight supervisors, an onsite OHS supervisor, and an administrator – this shutdown enlisted a multitude of mechanical fitters, boilermakers, riggers, trade assistants, and sentries.
The success of this project laid in the strategy; a combination of a highly skilled workforce, coupled with sufficient tooling. This ensured that the shutdown was completed with precision and within the agreed timelines. With safety front of mind, the team adhered to protocols to keep to a hazard-free work environment. Throughout this project, a dedicated OHS supervisor oversaw safety measures, including field leadership, hazard reporting and monitoring of employee fit for work levels.
The end of this shutdown project was met with resounding success, as evidenced by positive reviews. The Mader Infrastructure team delivered on the promise of supplying expert technicians, completing work on time, and maintaining the highest of safety standards.
Looking forward, we are excited to drive continued growth and innovation within our Infrastructure Maintenance team, with their personnel being frequently redeployed to new projects. The team continues to set new benchmarks within the industry, positioning them as a trusted partner across fixed plant maintenance sites across Australia.
