Our Mates of Mader employee referral scheme is offering an end of year bonus! Refer your mates before June 30 and receive $4,000 towards the trip of your choice, travelling to anywhere in the USA or to any capital city in Australia.

Whether you choose to fly first class to New York or spend your time in a Sydney backpackers, what you do with your $4,000 is up to you!

Refer your HD Mechanic or Auto Electrician mates today! You’ll win a $4,000 holiday for every successful referral that commences work before June 30.

Remember you’ll be working alongside these people so make sure you keep up the Mader standard and only refer top quality tradespeople.

CONDITIONS APPLY

Qualifying Period: Monday 13 May 2019 – Sunday 30 June 2019.
End of financial year referral bonus applies to Mader Contracting employees only (excludes Mader International, Mader NSW and Mader QLD employees).
$4,000 can be used to book flights and/or accommodation.
$4,000 flights/accommodation bonus replaces usual $3,000 referral reward.
Flights and accommodation money not transferable for cash or vouchers.
Flights and accommodation must be booked under employee name only.
Book flights to anywhere in the USA or to any capital city in Australia.
Must book before June 30, 2020.
Only applicable to successful referrals of HD Mechanics + Auto Electricians.
You must send the referral’s details to [email protected] and your Mader
Manager directly. You must have their name, contact phone number and trade noted in the
email and resume attached. This ensures that you are captured as the referral.
You will not be noted as a “Mate of Mader” just for being a reference, just because we may
ask you what someone is like doesn’t count as a referral.
You will not be noted as a “Mate of Mader” if you send the referral details AFTER the referee
has submitted an application to Mader.
There can only be one person as the referrer. That will be the first person to document
(date/time and email) the candidate's details through the [email protected] email
and their manager.
Successful completion of the full recruitment process is required.
